Men’s mental health is a critical issue that warrants more attention as most men suffer in silence. In most instances, societal norms and the lack of mental health education are the leading causes of this predicament. Leading the discussion in this episode is Vital Maronjese, a final-year Social Work student at the Women's University in Africa with a strong commitment to mental health advocacy.
Currently serving under the Ndinewe Foundation's Men Feel Campaign, Vital works to empower individuals and promote emotional well-being through community engagement and support. With a passion for social justice and a focus on destigmatizing mental health issues, Vital seeks to foster resilience and understanding in communities, advocating for holistic approaches to mental wellness.
